Homestay Cancellation Policy

PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL: Should a cancellation become necessary prior to your arrival, we will make every attempt possible to replace your tenancy. However, if we can not procure another GUEST, your deposit will be non-refundable. However, it can be issued as a credit for a future booking.

SHORT-TERM OCCUPANCY: (For occupancies of less than a month): Should you decide to cancel your tenancy during your visit or prematurely change your departure date, we will make every attempt possible to replace your tenancy. However, if we can not procure another GUEST, you will still be responsible for the balance of our agreement. Alternatively, in the event of the procurement of a new GUEST, your cancellation payment will be prorated and gladly refunded to you. You may also assist in the procurement of a new GUEST.

LONG-TERM OCCUPANCY: (For occupancies longer than a month): A 30-day written notice or e-mail for a lease termination is required for tenancies exceeding one month. The maximum GUEST responsibility for cancelling prior to the termination of long-term occupancy is the balance of the current month and one additional month.
